Foot Warmers or Insulated Insoles and How to Use Them

Open the MATKAPRO foot warmer package manually by cutting along the indicated lines. Do not use scissors, knives, or other sharp cutting instruments to open the package! The product’s self-heating process begins automatically after opening the package through exposure to air. It reaches operating temperature within a few minutes. Place the foot warmers inside your shoes, as if you were using insoles. This product is intended for use inside shoes. Please note that thick socks may slightly reduce the feeling of warmth. Do not apply the product directly to your skin. If the foot warmers become too hot, discontinue use immediately. Not intended for use by children under 12 years of age. After use, discard in the household trash when the product has cooled.

Foot warmers should not be used:

To warm up swelling or bruises
On frostbitten skin
For children under 12 years of age
For medical purposes

Do not attempt to open the warmers, i.e., do not break the product. If the product gets into your mouth or eyes, seek medical attention immediately for first aid.
